A free story in French to print for your children or your class.

There are several words that end with the sound “in/ain/ein” in French that sound alike but have very different meanings. For example: lapin, lopin, lupin et lutin. I wrote this little story to have some fun with these words and help readers discover them. To help readers of all ages understand and remember the meanings of the words used, I’ve created a small picture book that you can download below. If you’d like to test your class or your children, there’s a seven-question multiple-choice quiz available with an answer key. This activity will be particularly challenging for dyslexic students.
