How can I edit my account information?

You can access and modify your account information at any time. To do so:

  1. Go to the Store section and log in.
  2. On the tool bar, select "My Account".
  3. Make the changes then select "Save".

Can I give my account information to my colleague or to anyone else?

No, you must maintain the confidentiality of your account information. You are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

Can I create several works with the illustration pack I bought or do I have to buy it again?

One-time payment to use the content you bought over and over again, year after year in accordance with the conditions of use listed in the Content License Agreement.

What payment method do you accept?

The payment method is via PayPal, a fast and secure way to pay online. PayPal keeps your financial information private and protected.

How can I download my purchases?

Once you are logged in, click on the bag icon on the tool bar (next to the shopping cart) to view all your purchased items. Simply press the "Download" button on each item to save the files on your computer.

Will I get a receipt?

PayPal will email you a receipt as soon as your order is paid. Please retain the receipt as proof of payment. If you need me to send you a special invoice, you can email me with the information you need included on the invoice to: info@ameliepepin.com

I didn't buy the right document, can I get a refund or an exchange?

No refund or exchange will be granted. Please read carefully the description of the content before buying.

How do I open ZIP files?

  • On a PC: Right-click on the file and select "Extract all". Select a destination then select "Extract".
  • On a Mac: Simply double-click on the folder to open it.
